1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stockry. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stockry regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Stockry is a mobile application that provides:

  • Real-time stock market data from Indian exchanges (NSE and BSE)
  • AI-powered market analysis and insights
  • Portfolio tracking tools
  • Price alerts and notifications
  • Market news and updates
  • Community forums for investor discussions
  • Educational games and quizzes

Important: Stockry is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing in the App should be construed as such.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription at ₹199/month or ₹1,999/year.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new premium subscribers. You may cancel during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.

4.3 Billing

All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you authorize Google to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Post spam, malicious content, or misleading information in forums
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Investment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: READ THIS CAREFULLY

Stockry provides stock market information and analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. The App does NOT:

  • Provide investment advice or recommendations
  • Recommend buying, selling, or holding any securities
  • Guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of market data
  • Account for your individual financial circumstances

Investment in securities involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should:

  • Conduct your own research before making investment decisions
  • Consult with a qualified financial advisor
  • Understand your risk tolerance and investment objectives
  • Not rely solely on information from this App for investment decisions

We are not liable for any investment losses you may incur based on information from the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Stockry and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software code and algorithms
  • Data compilations and analytics
  • Design elements and user interface

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

If you post content in community forums, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockry and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
